RETURN POLICY
  • Glory offers returns for most of its products other than socks. However, customers should return the items in good order or unused in the case of accessories and school supplies
  • To initiate the return process, please write to info@gloryshopee.in or WhatsApp us on the customer care helpline +91 7304827995 between 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST from Monday to Saturday


RETURNS CRITERIA

  • Customers seeking to return an item for any reason must notify Glory within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • School Uniforms once sold can only be exchanged for size or if the garment received is found to be received in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or wrong item
  • School supplies and accessories once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless found to be received in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or wrong item
  • We ensure to match all colors of our products 99% to the actual product.
    A slight difference in the actual color of fabric and the picture on the website might occur due to various variety of screen/mobile resolutions today.
  • Items that are eligible for returns must be returned to us within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the item
  • We offer free returns within Mumbai. 
  • Glory Shopee does not provide refunds for return orders. However, the Company will provide store credit worth the same amount as the returned product, if the product meets the following criteria:
    • All returned products must be shipped back in their original packaging. All material, including plastic wrapping, dust bags, gift boxes, and authenticity cards, must be returned along with the product
    • Return items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled. All garments and shoes should be tried only on carpeted surfaces
    • If the returned items do not meet the Return Criteria, the products will be returned to the customer
  • All customized products (which have been made to the customer’s size/measurements) are non-returnable. We may offer alterations on custom orders on a case-by-case basis dependent on the vendor’s agreement. Any alteration costs will be borne by the customer
  • There is no return policy for International Customers for any product. Quality check is performed at various levels on all the products before the products are dispatched. Special care is taken for the packaging of the products for the International orders. Our email is  Glory@gmail.com for any kind of queries
  • If the product received is faulty or damaged, please inform the customer care team, with photographs of the damage or issue. Our team will assess the damage and offer to exchange the product for a new piece, once the original product is returned and received at our store
  • Please note that products are only considered “faulty” if they have a severe manufacturing defect making them unfit for wear or use. Items that are damaged due to normal wear are not faulty products
  • A product is not considered damaged if there is a slight color variation between the image on the website and the actual product
We request that you DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from our customer care team for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, we do not guarantee any replacement or refund of the product. The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery with product images focusing on problem areas. Please note that Glory Shopee shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, based on the customer’s emails. All defective products being returned to Glory Shopee shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier

glory Shopee is not liable for damages to the product after it has been received by the customer. If the product has been damaged in transit (for e.g. the packaging is clearly damaged), the customer may refuse to accept the product and inform Glory customer care

COLOR, DESCRIPTION & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

  • Product specifications are approximate in value
  • A slight variation in color is possible from how it appears on our website
  • Please note no returns shall be accepted because of color and description discrepancy
OBLIGATIONS OF TIRUMALA DESIGNERS

  • Glory Shopee shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately, provided that the customer has fulfilled all its obligations as stated under this return policy
  • Glory Shopee shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, the customer may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of Glory Shopee
  • Glory Shopee shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product in this case
  • If the replacement is not possible, Glory Shopee will process your refund. We will notify you through an e-mail confirming the transfer of credit to your account. It takes 20-30 working days to process your returns and credit your account.
  • Notwithstanding the above, Glory Shopee is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchanges, or refunds. Glory Shopee shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately, and shall take necessary action at its sole discretion
CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
